Darkness Within 2
 
After looking through & browsing, i just stumbled across this sequal game title on Amazon. i enjoyed the first one last year, but i wasnt too impressed with the ending, so hopefully this sequal game will clear things up a bit more. anyonelse going back to this story ?

I really enjoyed the first one, I actually loved it. Didnt realize that the sequel would be released now in may. This is great! :9

it was a suprise to me too, i just happend to be browsing my "reccomendation" folder on Amazon, and there it was! nice suprise & winging its way to me on release day :9~

Now the offical website says:

i have heard of Scratches quite a while ago, but never did buy it, maybe at some point i will get it.

as to Darkness Within 2, Amazon e-mailed me to say it has been delayed until 21st-25th of May. but on the plus side, Black Mirror 2 fell onto my door mat today :)

I got the 21st May confirmation for DW-2 as well, meanwhile I got the BM-2 myself. But I'll hold on it for a while. I have The Whispered World and Splinter Cell Conviction to complete. I am a slow player and with work top on agenda I'll play BM-2 in vacations in June. By then I'll have Alan Wake as well.

well i guess i will have to consider Scratches then. like you it will certainly be a while before i play Black Mirror too, but its good to have it at my grasp. i finished SCC last week, top notch game, and am currently playing Assasins Creed 2 with Menemto Mori in the background. it certainly looks like a good year for point and click adventure games though.

It sure does. I just got Black Mirror (1), with all the hype of the second game I just had to try this. Hope its good. :)

I too would like to know the concrete release date for this game. Did they say what part of June? Middle of the month? Beginning?

Man, I've been watching this one for a long time and it seems to keep on getting delayed, and delayed, and delayed.

Funny thing is if you Google it, no one seems to know, but it does still say May 28 on the official website.

Perhaps Amazon includes shipping times in those figures? If the game does come out on May 28, considering a week for shipping, it would indeed add up to June 02 - 04.

I thought the June date was for Germany and few other European states. Are you sure Amazon is telling UK or USA release dates?
