Hmm let me think...

There are so many games still on my to-play list, and although I usually have some idea what to play next, I have no very long order ready, but let me hazard a guess.

I really want to play Gabriel Knight 3 this year, but as it is one of those games I am really looking forward to, I want to play that once I have some weeks without any possible interruptions, so not just yet,
Then I want to play the Blackwell trilogy. Don't know if I want to play all this year, I may not want to save some for later if I like the series.
I also want to play Barrow Hill and Phantasmagoria, but preferably when the days are somewhat longer. I have a very scared predisposition and living on an attic, I hear all sorts of sounds, so yeah, light please. Tried Scratches in the dark. Not good. Got me afraid of the dark for weeks.

As for the possibly upcoming playthroughs: a replay of Gabriel Knight 1, possibly Gabriel Knight 2, Sanitarium (if there will be someone to lead it. If not, I may eventually play it on my own) and Bad Mojo.

And maybe a replay of King's Quest 6 so I can finish the series with King's Quest 7, and when I feel like something parser-ish, I may start with the Police Quest series.

Wonder how many of these I'll end up playing this year...

I already have a very long list of games still to be played, but I keep breaking my resolution to actually follow the list! There are always newer games I buy (the most recent being A Vampyre Story and Memento Mori) that keep "jumping the queue"! There are also some games I that started last year but put on hold, I may or may not return to them.

My top 10 games to play in '10 :

RHEM 3
Still Life (and possibly Still Life 2)
Sinking Island
Perry Rhodan: The Immortals of Terra
Belief + Betrayal
Nancy Drew 16 (White Wolf of Icicle Creek) & 17 (Legend of the Crystal Skull)
Culpa Innata
Overclocked
Dracula 3: Path of the Dragon

A good idea, I'm saving this post and evaluate it in December.

So, the games I've started earlier and intend to finish in 2010:
Journeyman Project 2
The 7th Guest
Myst IV
This game feels so vast and it hasn't been able to grip me like the previous ones. I still want to go through all five games, though.
Ceville
Downfall
Gabriel Knight I
The Space Bar
If inspiration strikes me. I'm stuck pretty hard on this one. [OT]If anyone knows this game, mind checking out my thread on the Hints board? [/OT]

From my soon-to-buy list:
3 Cards to Midnight I'm almost ashamed I haven't tried this yet considering how I almost worship UAKM and PD, but the things I've heard about its gameplay don't whet my appetite.

Sanitarium Hopefully together with the AG community.
Dreamfall
At least one of Mean Streets and Martian Memorandum
Sam & Max Season 3 and any subsequent Telltale releases

Lastly, I don't know what I'll do with the Police Quest and Quest for Glory series. I played QFG1 and loved it, but I hate the RPG elements. It's all just too difficult for me. And PQ1 hasn't impressed me much so far.

I expect I'll be trying out more titles than these, but the ones on this list are almost guaranteed.

New games to be released in 2010: see my sig.

From the huge unplayed pile:

Time Hollow and Hotel Dusk for the Nintendo
One of the Kyrandia games. I have had the Collection for ages, never played one, shame on me.
Of Light and Darkness (1998). Anybody played it? I've read it's very weird, should be my cup of tea.
Silent Steel. FMV, interactive movie. Yummie. Hope I can get it to run.

From the huge unfinished pile:

Mission Critical by Legend Entertainment. Bugs, technical problems, blech... I really want to finish this one.
Ripper, with Christopher Walken . Can't seem to run it on my win98 computer and my win95 machine is down.
Orion Burger. Frustrating because it was timed. But I liked it.
Peter Gabriel's Eve. A multimedia experience. Don't remember why I gave up, it was fun.

@Harald: I wish I could help you with the Space Bar, it's one of my favourites, but I have no idea what went wrong. If Aya is still around at Just Adventure, you could ask him, he loves the game too.

What?!? It still hasn't arrived? I received mine weeks ago.

PS: Jack the Ripper is not a very good game.

I need to finish Myst III: Exile, then play the following:

Lighthouse
Zork: Grand Inquisitor
Obsidian
Still Life
Indigo Prophecy

I'd also like to finish Amber: Journeys Beyond, but there is a critical late-game bug that can't be circumvented. I hope SquirttheCat releases a new patch soon.

As far as new games, I'm putting all my energy towards Gray Matter when it hopefully comes out.

I'm looking forward to Gray Matter and especially Heavy Rain. That game looks amazing and it's scheduled for release next month!

I have a nice list:

Broken Sword: DC - I actually never completed this game (I used to strand around Ireland), so I decided to play the Director's Cut.
Broken Sword 2 - Just replaying it. IMO more fun than the first game.
Broken Sword 3 - Never played it, but I heard it's quite nice even though the gameplay's a bit sluggish.
Broken Sword 4 - I heard less positive things about this one, but I still need to complete the series, right?
Runaway 1 - I almost finished this already last year, but I still need to play the last part.
Runaway 2 - After part 1.
Runaway 3 - After part 2.
Machinarium - I'm like halfway for a month already, but I didn't touch it since that time.
Tales Of Monkey Island Season 1 - If it comes out on Xbox Live, that is (which I expect around May or Summer).
Loom - I never played it, so I'm curious to see what the fuss is about.
The Dig - Idem.
Indiana Jones: The Fate Of Atlantis - Yeah, I never played this one either. With the exception of Monkey Island I was more of a Sierra (read: Space Quest) gamer.
The 2010 adventures - A Wonderful World, Lost Horizon, Gray Matter, etc.
Heavy Rain - I took this one apart, since I do have a little bit of doubt. I will play it as long as the last part of the game isn't as hilariously bad as Indigo Prophecy's/Fahrenheit's. Man, that sucked.
Riven, Myst 3, Myst IV, Myst V - I finished the first game, but never actually played the other Myst games. I've actually only seen my dad play them years ago when they were still new and cutting edge.
Sam & Max Season 2 - Started this last year (on Xbox 360) and still didn't continue.
The Longest Journey - Idem.
Syberia - Idem.
Reah - Played through this game years ago (with quite some help of a walkthrough) when I was about 13. I loved the atmosphere and locations, but never beat that darn last puzzle. Still have the original game somewhere in a dusty corner. Any other lovers of this game?

If time allows it:

Syberia 2
Dreamfall
Return To Mysterious Island 1 & 2
Secret Files 1 & 2

Already finished this year:

Indigo Prophecy/Fahrenheit - Man, it started out as a great game, but nearing the end it all just went downhill to hilarious levels. Could've been a legendary game if they didn't screw up the last part of the game.

That's quite a list, especially when I play other genres, with lot's of great games releasing this year, as well. It would be fun to see how many games on this list I finished when I make my end of the year list.
