Best new Game suggestion!
Hello everybody. I' m sorry for posting another boring, best game ever, suggestion thread, but I don' t have enough time to browse through the forums or google. I would like you to suggest me the one game (from the newer ones, because older games don' t seem to play on my computer) that you think is the best you have ever played. I don' t mind if it is a 1st or 3rd view, but I want it to have a very good story. (Horror games would be ideal). Also, I would likme to be really lengthy, with a lot of difficult puzzles. I don' t want every puzzle to end in a few minutes. I want to get stuck, and become really frustrated.

I'll second The Lost Crown. It's horror, fairly new, has a good story and is very long (Took me 30+ hours to complete, while most adventure games are 6-12 hours). Puzzles are about average difficulty in my opinion. I'd say the challenge is just right for a very long, story-driven game, but you'll have to look elsewhere for a game where you'll get stuck every five minutes.

Haven't played whole game (only played demo), but Return to mysterious island 2 seems pretty OK (its not completely new, but it's not old either).

Get the DosBox and than get Gabriel Kngiht trilogy and Monkey Island 1+2. For ideal get Shadow of the Comet. If not - the last great horror game was Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth.
