I wish LucasArts had made EMI in this style of 3D artwork, instead of going insane with the bright happy colours they've used for the majority of the buildings and locations in the game.

Many times I found myself walking inside a LEGO or PlayMobil(tm) town instead of a grainy pirate world.

Yeah I've always found something wrong with the graphics of EMI, but at the time I thought it looked great for a 2D-3D transition, and LEC did the best they could. Now I know they didn't.

LEGO duplo, the kind that used to have antropomorfic animals way back when Moses turned back itno the desert, mxied with a smurf village and I dont' know, something else that is probably why i liked it the most of all monkey island gmaes, I say, because of nostaglia.
