However I don't see any advertisement on the discount. Is it a bug maybe? Where is the weekend offer pronounced?

I got an e-mail about that. Since I already bought Monkey Island, I went with the coupon offer for a free episode to get Sam&Max 101.

It's probably too late now, but what you could do was to add the item to you card, then you would see that each season was the discounted price.
