Default Any follow up game to perry rhodan?

Is there anything bouncing around in the way of a sequel? What a great game that was.

The game was very good graphically but I'm not a big fan of Perry. He reminds me too much of this guy:

I'd love a sequel as well.

It's an adventure about the immortal space traveller Perry Rhodan. The story is set in lots of different alien environments and you get to meet a number of strange alien creatures. Great graphics and nice puzzles, OK story.

If you can read German there are 2 previous games: Perry Rhodan: Die Brücke in die Unendlichkeit and Perry Rhodan: Die verbotene Stadt.

My graphics card is about 1million years old and doesn't support pixel shader. Anyone know if this game will still work? Some fairly new games do but other don't.

In the German Deep Silver forums, Igor Posavec, one of the developers at 3D-io, says there will not be a sequel made by them. Simply put, he says they worked for 14 months non-stop, without weekends or holidays and unless another developer manages to get a lot more funding than they did, there will be no sequel at all.

Haha, if that's true, then it's another plus point in my book.

I have this game on the shelf, by the way, but still need to open it.
