Broken Sword 1 had the most enjoyable puzzles for me.

I just finished Still Life and thought it had some fantastic puzzles. Especially the Victoria bits. I also very much liked the interface and inventory. Thought it was very beautiful.

I agree by the way that the Serpent Rouge puzzle was one of the best ever made.

As for Broken Sword, well hay, it's my favorite gameseries. Need I say more ?

My favourite puzzle ever is Le Serpent Rouge from Gabriel Knight - Blood of the Sacred, Blood of the Damned. Not an easy one, but sooo much fun!
