Syberia 3
Read for yourself: http://www.microids.com/en/press/28/microids-launches-syberia-3-on-ps3-.html
My heart stopped for 3 seconds. Followed by a scream. I hate April Fool. This is obviously a joke, right?

I'd be very surprised if it were true, especially since it talks of a Syberia/Still Life cross-over

Darn it! My heart skipped a beat too
Unfortunately, I think this is a meaningless joke

Great news! I'll pick this up right after I get my copy of Gabriel Knight 4 for the Atari 2600.

Funny thing is that at least a couple Finnish gaming sites reported this as real news...

The Mods changed my title.
So is it confirmed? I'm really confused here :| (the idea of PS3 and PC cooperating is the only way to finish the game? Stupid stupid stupid STUPID)

I don't have a PS3 so I'm actually delighted it's not true. Not that I wouldn't want to see a new adventure starring Kate Walker, but a console exclusive Syberia would definitely make me cry. I'd be so sad I'd cry in the corner for years. Yup.

It's definitely false, beyond a shadow of a doubt. I double-checked with Microids as soon as the release was posted yesterday, and when they finished snickering, they did indeed confirm the gag.

I remember when a certain adventure site, whose name I won't pronounce, gave the news that a Gabriel Knight 4 was in production. It was on April Fool's day. I never recovered from the shock, and I still can't frequent the aformentioned certain site

I think that this thread title is still misleading, it reads more like ''Not April Fools joke'' rather than denying the fact that Syberia 3 is coming out.

Could they find a more upsetting april fools joke for us syberia fans? That was just harsh. I like april fools jokes that leave you laughing at yourself when you've been fooled by them, not crying...

I believe the mods but it certainly seems strange that they're still keeping the joke up on their website and it hit the news in general gaming websites too, who claim to been in contact with Microids. I dunno, very confusing.
