Default Frankenstein: Through the Eyes of the Monster VS. Mummy: Tomb of the Pharaoh

Anyone played both? Which is the best one or do both games suck?

I've played both a long while ago. I think I liked Tomb of the Pharaoh better, just because it reminded me somewhat of Riddle of the Sphinx. Frankenstein was campier and had more FMV, though.

I never played Mummy: Tomb of the Pharaoh, but Frankestein was the first adventure game I ever played, back when I was a kid (6 or 7yo) this game came as a gift in a magazine, fully translated to portuguese, I had heard about adventure games before but I couldn't play any because I didn't know english, so it was my first chance playing an adventure game in my language, and it was also one of the few games that ran on my computer at that time. Nowadays I see that the game was really bad, but at the time it was like the best thing in the world for me, I think I finished it more than 10 times . After finishing this game all these times, it took me some years to play another adventure game (until I found another in portuguese!), and then I was already learning english and started playing more games.

Frankenstein: Through the Eyes of the Monster & Mummy: Tomb of the Pharaoh

I have just checked the operation of both these games...
There is no install for DOS...
There is install for Windows 95 or Windows 3.1

Virtual PC - Windows 98 SE run these game flawlessly and perfectly even if it does not mentioned as their operating system...
Another victory for Virtual PC....

Speaking of Tim Curry, I just realized he is going to be in the next Film of Agatha Christie's Poirot! Yay!
