I was browsin the channels and came across the gamers channel G4 and there was some footage of freelance police! It was on the TV show pulse they reported that LucasArts cancelled the game and that they also cancelled full throttle a while back...

Well, as the LEC upper management apparently live in caves, they probably won't be swayed much by this, either. :P It's amazing how much even the mainstream press knows about a game that isn't deemed by LEC financially viable enough to even release.
