At least the Collector's Edition.

Does Amazon Germany ship to the US? I'm really liking that LE Version....

Actually according to this:

http://astore.amazon.de/wwwdtpagcom-...ail/B0023ZJMQI
http://astore.amazon.de/wwwdtpagcom-...ail/B003ZHIDL8
http://astore.amazon.de/wwwdtpagcom-...ail/B0023ZJN2G

Both pc editions will be in english, and only the xbox360 version won't be.

Roper Klacks 10-28-2010 12:43 PM

Amazon.de says "Sprache: Deutsch, Englisch". I hope they are right, cause i already bought it.

Edit: Ah ninja'd by olomaster

The only thing I know is that Betty, over at the official forum, only confirmed that the CE will have English voiceovers and subtitles. She said she was unsure about the regular version.

Phod 10-28-2010 08:09 PM

So is there any place that will ship the collector's edition to the US or is Ebay the best option?

Well, the information I posted came from the official dtp entertainment site (or dtp entertainment shop), so I guess we can trust it.

I can't find the link right now, but IGN posted an Australian Release Dates article last week and Gray Matter (PC) was apparently coming out this week. If that's true then the regular version must have English voices if it's coming out here. I haven't seen it in shops though, so I can't confirm it.

Ascovel 10-29-2010 02:33 AM

In Poland Gray Matter comes out on the 12th November - identically to the German premiere.

Wow, this is good news (for me at least). And thank God there won't be polish voices, only subtitles. Though I checked this information thoroughly, and CD Projekt (polish distributor) lists Gray Matter as to be released in Poland in november 2010. It also says that it'll be "premiere edition", so maybe it does mean releasing along with the german version on the 12th.

It's just november in there.

So two of us have asked and unless I missed it no one's answered, so I'll ask again. Does Amazon Germany ship to the US? I ask because Amazon Japan, for example, will not ship software internationally. If not, does someone know of a good source that does ship to the US that I could use to obtain the Limited Edition version? Thanks in advance for the help.

Fien 10-30-2010 08:24 AM

Yes, amazon.de ships to the US.

http://www.amazon.de/gp/help/custome...#versandkosten

Scroll down and look for US. Shipping costs 14 Euros.

Phod 10-31-2010 09:38 PM

So ordering the Collector's Edition will cost about $91 US bucks.

ow.

I emailed Interact CD and they seemed to know nothing about the German release having English voices but would get copies in if it could be verified.

I don't think you should be worried. DTP confirms english voices:
http://shop.dtp-entertainment.com/
Amazon.de confirms it too:
http://www.amazon.de/dtp-entertainme...8625413&sr=1-3

Also the game will be released in Poland along with Germany, which means it must have english voices. They would never publish a video game in my country with german voices:) .

indyjones2131 11-08-2010 01:47 PM

Ok I'm getting REALLY confused. Let me get this straight:

It's not coming out in the US until Feb 2011, but we CAN play it IN ENGLISH on November 12th if we order from overseas (and pay a bit more?)

Idrisguitar 11-08-2010 01:50 PM

yes, because the german edition (only confirmed to be the special edition though it is expected the standard will have it too) is also voiced english as well as.....well, german.

Fien 11-08-2010 02:09 PM

I'll repeat what others have already said: both the standard edition and the collector's edition have English and German voices. That's what the publisher's shop says, so what more confirmation do you need.

Of course everything else will be in German: the box, installation instructions, help screens, manual, etcetera.
