Broken Sword for Nintendo DS in March 2008?
http://www.dvdboxoffice.com/690-6633690-15633695/games/nintendods/products/90326982?fs=true
I found this link through another forum. It seems to be, if this is true, released in March 12 2008. Publishers seems to be Ubi Soft. Someone who could contact Ubi Soft and ask if this is true or fake? |

It was done already. It doesn't make sense to do it again.

Plus, hopefully, if true, would it be possible to get voices this time? Would be pointless without it. |

I think Ankh for DS features voice acting by the way. Last edited by Isak; 10-21-2007 at 01:19 AM. |

Well I can play Sam & Max and DOTT on the DS with voices etc using ScummDS so it's possible.

Well Phoenix Wright is a DS Adventure with no voice acting and loads of dialogue, and honestly I don't think the lack of voice acting hurts the game in the slightest, mainly because the subtle animations are so effective at expressing the characters feelings. Proof that voice acting is not a vital requirement in DS adventure games.

Never the less the game doesn't interest me. There are plenty of great adventures without voices but I wouldn't know them as I don't play em.

I usually turn out the voices in adventure games (and rpgs and such) and leave the text. It feels much more confortable and natural for me.

Personally I prefer text to voices but I'll make use of them if they're present. If the voice acting is exceptional well done, however, I certainly won't miss the text. Full Throttle was is an instance of that...
