I have yet to replay any adventure game...I'm not sure it would be as enjoyable the second time around.

I replay, The Curse of Monkey Island, the most.
But I also replay, The Lognest Journey.

Those are probably the ones I most replay like every couple of months.
They're just that good.

I replayed most of my older games when I was younger (and lacked disposable income to buy more). Now I have a few games backlogged, promising indie adventure for free/cheap and a computer that will actually play new games (and the ability to partition it to play Windows 3.1 games like Panic In The Park) I don't do it as much.

I must have gone through Fate of Atlantis 4 times; Under A Killing Moon (& Gabriel Knight 1) 3 times; Pandora Directive (& Gabriel Knight 2) twice.

And Bad Day At The Midway about 10 times, but that's a little different.

I rarely replay games, time being crucial for me. But when I do, hmmm... I've replayed The longest journey, Monkey Island 1 and 2 as well as QFG 1 and 4.

I stumbled upon this old thread recently... I really like replaying some good adventure games, so here is my list of TOP 5 replays

1. The Last Express - many many times, I cannot count it even if I had 6 hands...
2. Atlantis: Lost Tales - at least 5 times (not anymore, cause under XP it kicks you out after inserting CD2, sad...)
3. Gabriel Knight 2 - 3 times, I think
4. Broken Sword 2 - 3 or 4 times
5. Black Dahlia - 3 or 4 times

I won't say the name, 'cause it's pretty obvious. But I played the first one six times, the third one ten time (I'm not joking: I never used a walkthrough and I played it till I finally reached 965 points out of 965) and the second one I've no heart to tell: too many...

I always replay Grim Fandango around November 1-2, to coincide with the actual Day of the Dead (besides, it's a great way to spend my birthday a few days later! )

Other games I replay repeatedly are TLJ (or only certain parts sometimes, given its length), Sam & Max Hit the Road, DOTT, Myst, Riven, MI series and BS1.

I replayed GK3 last year with the complete points list to see if I could get the perfect score, only I kept running out of time at the very beginning of the Day 2 2-5 pm time block to do everything I was supposed to! Also, I'm surprised by all the actions I missed the first time and would have never otherwise even considered doing! Talk about thorough investigation!

Conquests of the Longbow. Has something to do with the multiple endings and multiple ways to solve several puzzles

It has to be "The Longest Journey" for me. It's so long, and there is so much detail in the game (and its sequel, Dreamfall) that you catch something new everytime. I don't get bored of the plot or characters easily, and there's so much plot to take in and ponder. I like replaying Riven, but I have to be in the mood to replay that. And it's not on this list, but the Dark Fall games I love to replay.

But for me, it would be "The Longest Journey/Dreamfall". I have to choose one?!?! lol Grrr. I guess The Longest Journey.

i vote for BladeRunner and yeah i enjoy everytime i play this game more
and more. taking choices through the game upon your understanding to
the hero reveals one ending or another...you choose to shoot and kill!..or you choose to back off,and both choices were right.

it s an amazing and original experince, that love to see it well repeated
in whats called Memento Mori.

I don't think I have enough fingers (and toes) to count how many times I've replayed CMI in the last 8 years. It was the first adventure game my dad introduced me to back when I was about 10, and I just can't get enough of it since it's even one of the reasons I speak English fluently - my basic vocabulary mostly consisted of LeChuck's audiobooks on parrot. Plus it gets more and more fun each time because I can understand the easter eggs and other jokes now.
I've also replayed Grim Fandango, Loom, the other MI games, and of course the Sierra classics several times.

Here's a list of the most commonly used acronyms.

By no means comprehensive though so it's always good to ask.

Myst series usually Riven and Exile but after a time has passed since the last time ive played them obviously. Before that id say Kings Quest VI and VII where played alot along with Zork Grand Inquisitor before the disks were played raw.
