there's another game called Mozart..seems like a nice game.

There seem to be some really interesting titles in the pipeline.

Of course, Gray Matter can't be bad. While I never really got too far into GK3, the writing was very good.

The new game by Hal Barwood and Noah Falstein, Mata Hari, sounds also very intriguing. Hal doesn't seem to be much of an adventure traditionalist, something that makes it even more interesting.
Experience112 and its very unique concept could also be great.
It's not dependant on the internet like In Memoriam, which I could never get to work, since this damn game couldn't reach the mail server! Even the newest patch didn't help.
Okay, I got off-topic...

Reprobates, definately. Black Mirror is one of my favorite adventure games from the past few years, even with the catastrophic ending and the "twist" you could see a mile away....
And Reprobates is another dark mystery. I hope they fix those few failings in this one.

Then there's Culpa Innata. It seems like the developers focused more on a big world and story instead of great graphics. I think this is the right decision. For some time now 3D graphics are good enough to be pleasing to the eye, recognizable and able to transport the story.
All the previews sounded promising.

Oh, and of course, Sinking Island. Maybe it's a real game and not just a story with some bare interaction around it...

Here's something to read! Maybe that'll give you a better idea if it'll be up your alley. :)

I saw a trailer for a Lost video game that's currently in the works. I'm not sure if it's gonna be a straight adventure game or more along the Tomb Raider line, but it's a 3D environment. I have a feeling it's gonna be sort of Dreamfall-like.

Imagine that... you run around on the Lost Island... suddenly you see a spaceship! You walk around some more... a clock tower looms before you. Confused, you turn around and run. In the woods you find an enormous tree, with a brick wall built partly around it. Next to the wall is a little house. And then you realize: you are lost!

Funny how this description sounds a lot like an older game called Myst. Spaceship, enormous tree and clock tower?

All 3 of kheops games ( goes without saying, always great fun from kheops)

It was no longer than two days ago, that I too asked myself this question... What's going on with english version of Simon4. Everything is quiet all of a sudden, TOO quiet.

Another one would be Tony Tough 2, where is it?

And whatever happend to sequel to Wanted: A Wild West Adventure or Westerner or whatever they've called it in the States?

The publisher deemed it Unwanted.

There's really plenty of charming 3rd person point & click adventures coming... In my favorite list there are:

A Vampyre Story *Charming hand-drawn backgrounds*
Belief & Betrayal *Nice-looking game all around*
Culpa Innata
Dead Mountaineer's Hotel *HOT*
Evenings On A Farm Near Dikanka
Evenings On A Farm Near Dikanka 2
Limbo *Not much known yet...*
Overclocked *From the group that brought us The Mystery Of The Druids And The Moment Of Silence*
Reprobates *HOT* *From the group that brought us The Black Mirror And The Nibiru*
Restless *HOT*
Secret Files 2 *HOT*
Simon The Sorcerer 4
Undercover: Operation Wintersun *HOT*
Until I'm Gone *HOT*
Mata Hari
Gray Matter
Memento Mori
Hidden Rooms
Mozart
Once Upon A Time In Japan: Earth *HOT*
So Blonde
And Black Mirror 2 *HOT*

As i'm huge fan of traditional, 3rd person point & clicks, it really lifts me up to see, that this many games are coming up this year, yeah, it's definetly GREAT :D

I really would like to see more games along the lines of Black Mirror And NiBiRu, not forgetting Secret Files: Tunguska. They are something outstanding, especially NiBiRu.

Just to correct you, Overclocked is made by the developers of "The Moment of Silence".
Reprobates is the one from Future Games and makers of "Black Mirror".

Whoops! Sorry, my mistake!! I *certainly* knew that, but it was a total blackout or something :D
Now i fixed it like it was meant to be in the first place :) And hopefully it's *now* right :)
This is rather embarrassing, because Reprobates is a game, that i've been waiting the most, and i just finished playing Moment Of Silence. What a horrible start in this forum xD
