Default My last Christmas game.

Hi everyone, it's Zack who has begun a new thread.

I've decided it's about time I played the last game I got for Christmas. That game is The Black Mirror. The reason is because I am having a hellish time playing Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb. I am stuck on a section of the Emperor's Tomb level which is called Von Beck's Revenge. It's where Von Beck is chasing Indy inside a tank with a grinder in the middle. Indy has to keep running, jumping, and using his whip in order to get away from Voin Beck. I am simply stuck on this level, and I am getting to the point, where I am going to have to uninstall the game.

But, anyway, back to the reason I started this thread. The Black Mirror looks very intriguing, and I am a big fan of Mysteries. I promise I will let you know on how I am progressing on the game.

P.S. By the way, has anybody here enjoyed the game? Please feel free to write your impressions on the game.

That's the part of the game that I was stuck on for months. (Well technically I stopped playing the damn game for months.) That's probably the worst part of the game (even harder then the final boss) and ruins the entire game. Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb had way too many frustrating parts.

I haven't played The Black Mirror though...

I enjoyed the game a lot, mostly for the atmosphere, story and graphics, the puzzles being annoyingly repetitive (find key/thing/mechanism to open door).

I'm really enjoying it, reminds me of some of the older Sierra point n click adventures, like Laura Bow, and the different Quest games....not so much in quality, but in presentation. Reminds me of how much I've missed playing that type of game.
