Theres a huge lack of humour in games these days, the reason I love MI & SQ so much is because of the humour.

I dunno about that. I think the humour is more concentrated on the games interface. Take Broken Sword : Angel of death. Wasn't it hilarious the way the camera shifts as you click on something making you click more times than you had? Or how about not being able to click through conversations making you listen to everything twice because you wouldn't know if they were going to repeat or say something new? Happy happy joy joy!!!

On the other hand I am finding the new Sam and Max games a real treat to play and its humour is on par with the best of them.

The classics (nearly anything from Sierra and Lucasarts back then), Zork Grand Inquisitor, Eric The Unready... but my favourite remains Freddy Pharkas.

I can't think of a thing funny about Jack Orlando. I despise that game. It actually makes me sad that I sat through that whole damn game thinking" maybe it will get better".

I really tried to like Al Emmo, but I couldn't do it. I REALLY tried. The characters just seemed stiff and forced, and when I got to the actual GAME I couldn't stand the narrator for more than 2 minutes before I quit. I guess it just wasn't my kind of humor. And I enjoyed Runaway but didn't find it funny, just fun to play for the most part.

Curse of Monkey Island was the funniest adventure game I've played, but the two Christmas Quests made by Adventure Gamers.com made me laugh out loud several times. Good stuff! (Short, though, since they were pretty much Happy Holiday cards.)

I want more humor based adventure games, but I guess they aren't exactly easy to make.

Yes, it was originally intended to release this month, but I know that the guys at Wizarbox are adding some extra sparkle and shine to make it even better.
