Ooh, Professor Layton and the Mysterious Village. The only game I have for my DS is Animal Crossing and I was thinking of selling it - the adventure games for the DS just don't interest me - and then I saw this.

I really hope it comes to the Americas and Europe. Can America play European DS games and vice versa?

When I saw the news of "Professor Layton and the Mysterious Village", I thought that this game would be translate to english soon like Hotel dusk Room 215, phoenix wright series and the touch detective. But this expectation was completely failed. There are still no news of english version of Layton.
I feel guilty about introduced "Professor Layton".

Anyway, I bought latest "Wekly Famitu"(japanese video game magazine) and there are one news for DS adventure.

Another Code: Two Memories is quite good IMO. Not one of the best adventure games i've ever played, but it is portable and makes use of the DS technology for some unique puzzles.

I've pre-ordered Hotel Dusk, so have my fingers crossed that it's good.

SUCCESS(the developer of "osawari tantei"(touch detective)) is very unique(and strange) company. They often make unique(and strange) games fulled with its unique humor.

To make original huri-kake for "osawari tantei season 2 1/2" is not normal thing. I think it is SUCCESS's own unique humor.

(Trace the point of contradict testimony with stylus, etc...)

Short stories needs 2~3 minutes of game play time to finish.

I hope that this news is true.

There are no DS version of Gyakuten Saiban 3 in JP, and many fans hope it.
If phoenix wright3 released, japanese DSversion of GS3 will be released at the same time, I guess.
Because, DS GS1 and DS GS2 was released with 2 language(JP and English), and released at the same time of English version.

This is 4/11,20:20 now in Japan.
And tomorrow is....GS4 release day !
These days japanese fan are in an uproar about it.
Some people already get it from bad gameshops, and they upload picture about it.

I found this famitsu article.

Suda Gouichi's speech at GDC.
"The Silver Case" and "The Silver Case Ward 25" will be ported to Nintendo DS.
"The Silver Case" is adventure game (Sound Novel).
Since this speech held at GDC at SanFrancisc, America , I guess that this game will be translated to English.

(Note)Suda Gouichi is a creater of "Killer 7" and now he is making "No more heroes". I think Mr.Suda will start work of DS version of "The Silver Case" after that. So the release date is 2008, I guess.
