Default NEW Al Emmo box and concept art : "MAKING OF" DOWNLOADS!

YEEEHAW! We've updated www.alemmo.com with a handful of new updates in preparation for the shipping of the game! Surf on over and check them out:

- Check out the "Packaging and Promotions featurette" - a narrated download detailing the creation of the box and promotional materials in the newly opened BEHIND THE SCENES section.

- download a super jumbotron sized haunted new wallpaper in the DOWNLOADS : EXTRAS section

- view the new BEHIND THE SCENES : CONCEPT ART page and see loads of concept art by the team including background sketches, character art, and cut-scene panels by Britney Brimhall, Chris Warren, and Michael Freeman.

- enter the contest! We've had a lot of entries but only a handful of CREATIVE entries so far and there are FIFTY collector's edition games to give away. Now is your chance to win a limited edition poster and game!

- Purchase the game, soundtrack, and collector's editions - everything is slated to finally ship!

Keep up to date on the latest site happenings by clicking on the wiggling "NEW STUFF!" button on the front page. Enjoy!

Have any copies shipped yet? I got a notice from the PO that there's a package waiting for me... really hoping it's Al Emmo.

I do too. I am waiting for my shiny new copy to arrive any day now. I know they're currently being printed but I don't have a clear ship date. Maybe someone else on the team can chime in??

This is very cool and exciting, as always. Thanks for the info eriq. I must admit that your Web Site is really THE thing that got me excited about the game, more than anything else I had read or seen before it.

I am really looking forward to buy the game.

Great feedback guys! I have a review beta but I didn't play past the first chapter simply because I wanted the full game with cd, etc. shipped to my door.

Fov, we'll both be getting our copies the same day I suspect.

It's a FLASH 7 based website. Do you have the latest version of FLASH installed on your system for all your web browsers? It requires a broadband connection as well.

Flash can be downloaded here:

Just out of curiosity, when and where will the 50 winners be announced? I've got my credit card waiting to make the purchase, but I'd like to know I'm not a finalist before doing same.

That I'm really not sure about. You should post at the Himalaya Studios forums and ask the devs when they'll be choosing the winners.

I've already had 10 of the limited editions posters printed, signed, and shipped with Certificates of Authenticity about a month ago so I think they're waiting for the first shipments of the game to arrive.

You can reach the forum here:
