Default Does George Stobbart look too young?

Seriously, looking at the new screenshots. I know that they probably want the game to have a younger audience, but seriously? He looks like he is 30. Does that mean that George was supposed to be 20, 21 in the first game? What is wrong nowadays with older, more mature protagonists in games? I mean, to me, George should have a few grey hairs now, some wrinkles. He has seen a lot, and had a lot of worldly adventures. Do all the games take place within 2 or 3 years of eachother?

I dont see peoples problem with the way george looks in this game, infact I think he looks better in this than he did in 3.

It depends on how long after the third game this takes place after, I think the 2nd game takes place 10 years after the first but im probably wrong

No the TSM takes place 6 months after TSOTT.

I don't really like how George looks, but i don't think they should have made him older.

I just started playing TSM again, but i just can't get myself to keep playing. I wanted to play it again because i can hardly remember the ending, but i just can't enjoy it enough to play trough the game again.

I assume that the stubble is to make us realise what a terrible life George has been having in the lead-up to the beginning of the game.

Of course, that doesn't explain why he doesn't find time to shave at some point later on...

I wouldn't mind if he did look older. I'd love to have a broader variation of age of the protagonists in adventure games.

I don't even think he looks like the same guy. In 1 and 2 he's kinda geek meets cool adventurer. In 3 he changed, but still had the same kinda feel about him. Now with 4 he's just a different guy. I can kinda see how they would get to what he looks like now from 3, but he's a long way from the George of the first two games. Of course it's largely down to the transition from catroon style 2d to 3d.

I agree he looks too young, younger than he does in any of the previous games I'd say.

He´s got superpowers now so it isn´t that weird that he changed a bit. The way he will act and talk will be determining(sp?) if he's the same George we all know and love. I thought he looked good in TSD, and i'm a bit disapointed in the screenshots, but they don't say a whole lot. I guess we all just gonna have to buy the game and see for our selfs. I'm betting that if the game's anygood, nobody while notice George's apperance(sp?) after half an hour.

Having said that, it's now 21.00 here in the Netherlands and i think i'll have another beer. Cheers everyone!

On problem I had with the sequels was the amount of coincidences in the game for the sake of it. That the woman at the first floor in Gloucester knew the woman in the Hotel Ubu in BS1. Or meeting Dwayne in no.2 (although it was kinda funny).

I REALLY hope there are no stupid coincidences in BS4. That would seriously hack me off. It certainly would if Stobbart met someone from Ireland, or even more ridiculous but equally as possible, the old woman or her gardener from Spain.

I can't understand how Revolution move on with the graphics and music which, IMO, gets worse in every game, and yet they always HAVE to relate the sequels in terms of story to the first.

Well Dwayne and his wife just tend to go to the most hostile places on earth. It's either a remote village in Syria or a caribbean dictatorship. I guess Dwayne chooses the vacationspots, thinking he's on a mission. That, or he's really a secret agent.

Speaking of Dwayne, did anyone find him insanely cool and mysteryous in the first one, and dimwited in the second? I think it might have been due to the change of voiceactors if I remember correctly. But he was definately the one that made me laugh the most.
