Unique Games - Knights of the Crystalion
After posting on the Loom thread, it made me think about games that dared to break the mould. One long forgotten game that dared do something new was "Knights of the Crystalion". It was dubbed something like a "society simulator", or something similarly highbrow. The game play was unlike anything I have ever seen, and on a par with "captain blood" for unique ideas.
Unfortunately I have never seen reference to this game anywhere. I know I didn't dream it. Any other unique adventure games that should be investigated? My list would be (not a complete list by any stretch of the imagination) The Dark Eye (great story, not to great on game play though) Captain Blood In Memoriam (great concept, BAD ending) Obsidian (one of the best adventure games I've played) Bad Mojo Knights of the Crystalion |

I've always wanted 'The Dark Eye', but the game is always so damn expensive.
If anyone has a version they're willing to part with? |
