Looking for CD-ROM versions of Legend of Kyriandia 1-3
Hi I'm trying to fill up my adventure games collection and I'm still missing some parts these are legend of kyriandia 1-3. I've read that there is some CD-ROM versions with speach somewhere out there.
Anyway, I would like to know if anyone knows where I can buy these or if someone owns them and want to sell them to me? This pack seems to have everything, if anyone have this one or know where I can get it I would be very happy since the amazon links doesn't work anymore: http://www.mobygames.com/game/westwood-10th-anniversary Thanks a lot. |

Yes they were all finally released on CD with speech, making them quite large individually. I think they did the last one first and then worked backwards. I do know that there are speech versoins with music of course for all three, the original Kyranida, the Kyrandia II called the Hand of Fate and the third one, my least favorite in terms of character focus, as I never liked Malcom, but the largest, Malcom's Revenge. They are all great games and among the classics. Good luck finding copies, the effort is worth it.

I vaguely remember a compilation i had in about 1995-6 which contained 7th guest, hand of fate (Kyrandia II), indycar racing(!!??) and lands of lore. It's probably still at my parents house so I'll have a dig around and let you know if i find something.

Yes, Westwood can sure make nice adventure games. I've got bladerunner and I realy love that game.
But it's a shame that the whole genre seems to have died. |
