Can't say it actually caught the feel of Moscow or Russia, but it was a nice game nevertheless There were plenty of stereotipes, but than again, there was a reason for it. It is still better than, say, Big Red Adventure.. Well, one of the best games Cryo produced - that's for sure.

Heee! Lucky thing this Thursday is a public holiday in Russia, and Friday and Saturdays are off days. Hopefully I can finally play it... at least for a few hours.

This was a fascinating game. I could never get too far though.

Yeah, it's pretty tough. You'll find out later if you did something wrong earlier. Don't be too proud to check a walk-through if you can't figure it out.

That's a good question. It makes me wonder why I never looked into a walkthrough...

Man, I wish there were good AGs left to play for me... (well, there probably are, but not that many of them)

Heh. I visited a store today to check out whether the publisher has managed to release And Then There Were None by the (second) announced release date. He didn't, so I ended up buying the store's last copy of Conspiracy (with a price thrice reduced, too). I blame this thread.
Next community playthrough candidate, perchance?

I need to get it working first. My copy keeps hanging when the great Sutherland makes his first appearance .

What little I've played of this, and what I've read here is intriguing. Anyone know if it's available anywhere other than Ebay/second-hand? I don't remember ever seeing it sold in Australia.

I got the old Sold Out edition for 10p plus P&P from amazon.co.uk. Not bad.
Though it's still hanging on Mr Sutherland, and I'm running out of ideas ... Sometimes, seemingly at random, I manage to skip the cutscene and reach the game, but I've yet to guarantee it . |

I really like the atmospher in the game. Remind me of Martin Cruz Smith's books about Arkadij Renko. It's both fun and somewhat disturbing to talk with the characters. I also enjoy the "techno-music" in the game. Too bad the game is so difficult and the "real time"-problem. If you haven't talked with the right person at the right moment you are probably stuck in the game and will be sent to Siberia.

Played and fhinished it without a walktrough. It took me about 3 months!
Defenetly, one of the hardest adventure games ever made, but one of the best too.
