Cool! But I heard somewhere that Nico won't be in it? Is that true?

Me too, here I thought they would do something different... Same old, Same old, I guess. The graphics are probably going to be crappy too, I've yet to see a true next gen adventure game, or even a current gen good looking one.

Im sure it will still look good, BS3 wasnt that bad looking.
I was hoping they would try and improve the 3rd person controls...looks like theyve just caved into the pressure of the die hard fans of the original(s).

I hope this doesnt happen with Simon 4...

But then again...this isnt official is it? Looks like someone has just read something in a PC magazine and jumped to conclusions, unless that guy who started the thread in the BS forums is a staff member...

point and click is more traditional for PC i guess, whereas the BS3 type of control is more like for consoles (although we can always use our gamepads)....I didn't have trouble with the control in BS3 anyway....

btw, did anyone play "Largo Winch" ? I remember I played it right after I've finished BS3 and found the gameplay/control of the two games are very alike...well...

The infomation tilts me towards hope, atleast they realise that the third game was a bitch to control.

Same here. Especially since Revolution was one of the very, very, very, very, very,... very few software houses at least *trying*. Alas, I don't care. It's the experience that counts. Ultimately. Still curious about how Dreamfall is going to feel...

Hmmm... dont see what's so great about it being PnC (except it being easier to move) but you'll be less free.

The graphics are "probably" going to suck... because the game is point and click... and that somehow makes sense to you because...?

Yes, how dare they listen to 85% of the people who bought their game. They should listen to the last 15% instead!

Seriously, people complain no matter what. Personally I liked this, because - while there's a tiny tiny chance they might've succeeded with a more improved version of the last one - now they're almost safe in the controls department. And this way it's almost certain that they won't bring back the crate pushing and cliff jumping - among the few things that direct controls allow you to do better than with a mouse and are just really really tedious. And give us a proper inventory and conversation tree.

I hereby look even more forward to this now, but... is Beneath a Steel Sky 2 still coming? And will it be coming out before or after BS4? And in any case, does this mean that BASS2 might be pnc too?
