A little bit too short this demo, but fun none the less.
But we didnt really get the official 'no go' on that language change (in Ankh.ini) in the full german game did we? Jazhara7 has finished the game, maybe she can try the trick for us? Just so we can get peace of mind on the matter |

Apparently it does work on the full game too, but not all the voice files are there, so you only get subtitles in most places.

Ankh got a very respectable 76% in this months PCGAMER UK edition.
Seeing as And then there were... got 54% 76% is pretty high for an adventure game in a mainstream mag. John Walker liked it because of the similarities to Monkey Island

He says it's very similar in structure to Monkey Island 1, has an underwater scene looking for pirate treasure, the main character is kinda like Guybrush, there is a psychic old man WHO is like the voodoo priestess, the undead god - Le Chuck.

It seems the french version of the game is 200-300 MB's bigger than the German version.
Maybe the english language is included? (i know , i know. I'm grasping.. ) |

OK, just to make it official, the french version of the full game
will work with the english language fix, but u only get the subtitles i'm sad to say. No spoken dialogue in English, just like with the german version. Cant say i didnt try. Anyway, we'll just have to wait for the full english version i guess.. |
