Recommendations anyone?
Hi gang, just returning to adventure gaming after a short abscence. I have played MystV and am currently playing And Then There Were None.
Any recommendations for adventure games released in the last, say 2 years? Thanks, Rich |

Myst 4 and Still Life are the best two games I've played in a long time. They're probably in my top twenty.
Fahrenheit is interesting, with an alternative gameplay, not that adventure-y, but it's still heavily flawed. Return to Mystery Island and Voyage are really good, albeit pretty short first person inventory based treats. The Black Mirror is nice, also, probably the second best traditional 3d person AG, after Still Life, and before NiBiRu, Syberia 2, Martin Mystere, or Moment of Silence, which are not exceptional. As for First person puzzle game, aside from Myst 4, which stands leagues before the others, Sentinel is OK, but tough, as is Alida, and Aura is really nice (the best after Myst 4, I'd say) but too short. Oh, and I don't know when it was made, but Dark Fall is a very spooky and good first person "Myst puzzles and inventory" game.
