I would have to say the best ending for me would be 'Day of the Tentacle'.

Spoiler:
Bernard's famous last words "now everything's back to normal..." Classic 'maybe not' moment!

The worst... would probably be Gabriel Knight 3.

Worst would be Broken Sword 4 definately for several reasons. Also Still Life, which was a great game, but especially as it seems there will be no sequel the ending really sucked in a way.

Best... I'll be just boring and say Monkey Island 1. For some reason can't really think right now of good endings.
