that's because he is........the Big Brother!!!!!
in fact zobraks isn't a person.he is either a large organisation that has hundreds of employees trying to become the number one AG force in terms of information.or he is a robot who doesn't need to sleep and only "doses off" to have maintenance done to him.


EDIT:there is another explanation though.maybe he is Mother Machine from Andromeda Stories although i don't want to think about it......it was a really scary animation to watch as a kid.

My guess is that:

1. forum sends an email to Zobraks.
2. email is received via new message on his mobile phone.
3. His mobile phone is set to "vibrate so hard so that the neighbour's cat feels an earthquake, starts meowing, jumps on the neighbour and scratches his bald head all over".
4. Neighbour, all in blood, starts banging on Zobraks' door, and, once he opens, punches him in the face.
