Actually the similar thread in Adventure-Treff is even older, it started in September 2004 and it has 10631 posts, that's longevity

It is indeed. It's just funny how I started the thread, got banned and came back years later to see it in full force.

I was a little too opinionated about the modern adventures. I was warned several times to tone my negativity down but ended up pushing my luck a little too much. The last time I didn't think I was too negative but once you are warned you have a pretty short leash. Anyways, when my 2 week ban was up the site took about 10 minutes in between pages when I was signed in under Captain Blondebeard. When I logged out or opened another username everything was fine. To this day when I log in under Blondebeard it takes 10 mins to load each page. I don't understand it.

I complained in public about the long loading times which started after I returned from being banned. The administrator replied he might be able to do something about them, and lo and behold! they were gone. |

*nudge* Guys, let's try to stay on topic. (Not that I'm trying to give a short leash to anybody...)
So, this is a Zork picture, but I haven't played any, so I wouldn't know.

No, you misunderstood. It's not a Zork picture. The wonderful Zork universe doesn't have this homey, comfortable, applepie look.

haha You're right, Fien. I read that as "one of the (Zork) series", not one of "a" series. lol
