It's a bit later than DOTT, but not at all a new game. And it's not Dracula's secret.
There's no vampire theme in this game, that's just a toothpaste commercial. Maybe this screen helps: |

Nope. And not Tony Tough either.
It was released between DOTT and Tony Tough. |

I definitely advise against Chewy. It's rarish, meaning expensive. And it's one of the most unfunny games I've ever played.

Yes, it's Chewy. And, unlike Fien, I enjoyed it a lot!

For almost any comedy adventure game you can find someone who thinks it's funny and someone who doesn't, even A Vampire Story has its detractors (blasphemy , the gag with the gypsy and the real rubber chicken is worthy of Groucho Marx). Personally I'm a sucker for that genre

It almost looks like the clown in "Sanitarium", but the graphics are a bit off for that.

Why "almost"? There are simply no humorous adventure games which are universally liked. I didn't bother to finish A Vampire Story because I felt it tried to hard, the humor was contrived although I managed a weak smile occasionally.

Actually I've never heard of someone not liking Monkey Island, although there are people out there with no sense of humour whatsoever
I tried almost every comedy adventure and A Vampire Story is one of the best in the last 5 years It's not Sanitarium of course |

Well, now you have finally met your first one. I didn't really care much for the MI humor. Played all of them, though. They were'n't bad games. I do like what TellTale is doing now with the new episodes, but evenso I usually tire of the har-har piraty stuff pretty soon.
