I have just downloaded Gray Matter for the kids for Christmas. All seemed to go well with my serial code etc. but it now says a firewall or weak WiFi signal is blocking communication so I can't be sent the activation code from the Adventure shop.

This is my first and perhaps last game I will download.

Does anyone know how long technical support will take or how to resolve this problem?
I have tuned off all the firewalls I could find. When I go to manually be sent the code the website directs me to a page that says it can't open.

This morning it worked! Did not do anything different but it went to the activation screen with the serial number then loaded the activation code and began.

Not sure why it works on one day but not the others - server overload?

Did you just wait it out? Because I have tried EVERYTHING (!!!!!): automatic and manual activation; firewall on and off; security system on and off; using another computer for internet connection..... After the pain in the butt that this was to download (for some reason, my "high speed" download would always stop once it hit 65%....), I was really looking forward to finally getting to play it....

When did you try? What time of day? Maybe that will help?

Is anyone else still having this problem? For a brief blip, I seemed to get through to the TAGES system, only to have it tell me I had exceded my maximum activations....
