No activation, or account
I purchased Lost Horizon yesterday after setting up an account. The game downloaded without a hitch, but I didn't get a confirmation e-mail. Today, the website has no idea who I am - I am told there is no such user.
Maybe I mistyped or wrote down the wrong login information, but the transaction and download have both worked. Any suggestions? |
I can point this thread out to the shop guys, but did you already contact them directly through their support mail? That will probably be far faster. It's [email protected].
