no activation code

So, I bought 3 games from the adventure shop, and I haven't recieved any of the activation codes for them. I can't get them via my account, and for some reason, it won't let me resend the activation e-mail.

My games were:
Dracula Origin
Dracula 3
Syberia

order number 1027885
