No activation code received for Lost Souls

I just purchased and downloaded Dark Fall: Lost Souls, and the confirmation email says I can find my activation code either in the mail or on my account page. But it's in neither place, so I can't play the game I just paid for. Could someone from the Adventure Shop please let me know where to find my activation code so I don't have to do a chargeback? Thanks--Kristi

Hello,

All my apologies for the delay in receiving the activation key.
Can I invite you to log to your account at Adventure Shop. On your account you can review all the games purchased, redownload the games, but also resend the purchase email which contains the activation key.
If you can not resend the purchase email, I'll do it manually for you.

All my apologies.

Damon

Hi Damon--thanks for your reply. The activation code arrived this morning in a separate email (it said it was sent separately for security reasons) so I think I'm good to go now. The team may want to reword the initial confirmation email to avoid confusion, since it suggests the activation code is immediately available.

Regards,

Kristi

Hi Kristi,

You are totaly right. We need to reword the initial confirmation email.
It sometimes happens that it is slightly delayed for security reasons.

For unexplained reasons, it has been terribly long that WE.

All our apologies.

Damon
