Hi,
I ordered the sherlock holmes vs jack the ripper game and was one of those unfortunate to be sent the link to the french version by mistake. I received an apology e-mail indicating that I would receive a link to a free game on the 25th of May. It didn't arrive on the 25th. I eventually got the link and a code to get a free game after contacting the shop but the code doesn't work. I have emailed the adventure shop regarding this issue and received a message back saying that my problem was being passed onto a "Tier 2 Representative" and they would try to reply within 48 hours. It has now been 10 days and still no reply or resolution to this problem. If someone could please resolve this, it would be greatly appreciated.

If you send me a PM with your email, and your login. I will check your AdventureShop account and if you were part of the unfortunate customers who downloaded the French version.

I also would like to receive the promo code which is no longer valid.
I will check it and see why it is not working.

If everything is OK, we'll provide you with a new code.
