i bought ceville from the adventure shop, but i can't get it to work properly, i email customer support but keep getting it back as undeliverable.

The game loads and goes through the opening scene, the characters look clear but the background is blurry, then when i try to click on anything the game freezes, i have tried the patches and i have done everything i can think of. I am not impressed that i cannot reach customer service so i am hoping i get a response this way.

I'm sad to hear you're having trouble reaching support. At least two people reported bounced emails so earlier this week I informed Adventure Shop that they might be having email problems.
