Unable to download Culpa Innata

Hi, I've just purchased Culpa Innata Uncut edition, and the link to the exe file works fine, on the metaboli server.
Problem is, I can't download the other 2 setup.bin files. It says "page not found".

Never had any problems with downloading your other games, but they were on a metaboli server and not http://gamecdn-adv.gamesplanet.com/...

is this a temporary thing, or can you send me a working link?

thanks

on a slightly unrelated matter.. I purchased Sherlock Holmes 3: The Awakened sometime ago, and installed it on my vista laptop.

It crashes. I was wondering if there is anyway to get the patches? I tried the official ones but says product not found. The new patches for the game make it vista compatible and such, so is there anywhere I can get those that will work with the version from your shop?

The Awakened from the shop is already patched, so no need to patch further.

Did you install the DirectX that comes with the game -if not, then you should.

Have you tried updating your graphics driver?

Did you download from within your account or from the email links?

I didn't install the DirectX as I'm sure my laptop already has DirectX 10, being Vista. I'll play around with it anyway. edit- I haven't tried updating my drivers.. I'll try that next!

The links I tried for Culpa Innata, I tried both the ones on the account screen, and the ones from the email I received. But they all give me the '404 Not Found' screen, so I'm guessing the server is down, or the files have been removed??

Okay, I managed to get The Awakened working with no problem. Updated drivers, updated DirectX, and reinstalled it to C:/users/[my name]/... instead of Program Files, and it works a charm, so thanks for that.

Unfortunately, still no luck with downloading Culpa Innata.. links still not working to the .bin files

I know there's been problems with those, just email support, that the links are giving you this error no matter from where you try.

And then be patient for their reply :)

Hello Foolishfate,

have you contacted our technical support?
Are you using the download manager?

If you send me a PM with all the detail sof your account, I could find out what is going wrong with your download.

Thank you

Damon

Hi.
Thanks for the replies, just received an email saying they were having troubles during migrating files from one server to another. Tried the links again, and working fine. Figured it was something like that!

Thanks for the replies, and I'm looking forward to playing this game!

Great news.

Enjoy the game.
