Ceville game does not work
 

I have never bought a game from the adventure shop before, I am very disappointed!!!! I just bought Ceville and after finally getting it to install it does not work, I get an error message that it has stopped running! Sent an email for help but will I recieve any?? Seems like the best bet is to just cancel the order. Has anyone had this problem? Is this place just a scam???

Ceville is a great game, and I am really sorry that you can not enjoy it right after your purchase.
We really would like to answer you, but we would need additional information about the issue you encountered.
It would be great if you could send us a DX Diag. We will know more about your computer, about installed drivers and find out if there is any compatibility issue between the game and your system.

Please send me a PM and I'll tell you how to collect this DX Diag information.
