Download problems

My browser just come up with an emty screen when i try to use the provided download link, is it a problem if i am running a 64bit OS?

I have dualboot XP x64 and Vista Ultimate x64, and have no luck downloadig from either. nor using difeerent browsers (Opera 9.52, IE 7)

ps. if this is a reekurig problem, why not state this on the online shop?

Just based on what I know, it's doubtful that your 64bit OS has anything to do with your ability to access the downloads. There's probably some other problem and I expect the Adventure Shop guys will help you out here soon.

To address your last question though, there aren't really any recurring problems with the shop. Sometimes someone has a problem of course (like you are experiencing right now), but the vast majority of downloads each month are completed without any problems, and Adv Shop tries to get any individual problems sorted out as quickly as they can.

Well, seems the download link started 2 work so i guess my problem is solved, thanks 2 who ever it was who fixed it

Please confirm me if you are unable to fully download the game you just bought.
We will help you to use the download manager provided by the adventure shop.
