Help Please - Need To Redownload

I purchased The Longest Journey on 1/30/08, downloaded and installed it just fine.

But now I need to reinstall it but unfortunately the CD's that I backed it up on are corrupt (not the shops fault of course), so I need to redownload it. I went to My Downloads on the shop page and requested that and email be sent to me instructing me how to download it again but have not heard anything yet.

How long does it take to get a response? I also emailed support, but no response yet.

As much as I liked the convenience of buying and downloading the product instantly, this will likely be my only purchase of this type. I would much rather have a physical product, so I could reinstall without having to wait for someone to tell me how to download something that I've already paid for.

Just to followup on my own post. I received my download info today from Adventure Shop support. Just chalk this one up to my being impatient and wanting to get back to TLJ. :)
