I sent Chris and Aaron a message on kickstarter about the DRM and DLC issues and hopefully others are as well.
Luckily for the campaign the info about additional content at a given tier is pretty embedded within the tiers and lots of folks going for a basic pledge won't notice these issues before they pledge. As far as momentum is concerned...
