Well Doctor, I have to admit that some of the things that society considers OK definitely wipe the smile off my face. Otherwise I'm holding up quite well, and I don't really mind the constant state of anxiety, the feeling of dread that follows me around like a heavy blanket, the disappointment in the eyes of all around me and the permanent crushing sense of defeat any more.
The IBS is really annoying though.
