Difficult one. I'm very fond of Italian food, but the rest not so much. And I really like Asian food, just not too fond of Japanese (sushi ain't my thing).
But I'm going to go with Asian. It's also spicier, which is a big plus! 
Rare, medium rare, medium or well done?
Or for those who are more comfortable with the French variations: bleu, saignant, Ã* point or bien cuit?
