I was thinking mid-morning (between 10 and 11 am) on the Saturday. This gives time for people who would like to make it a day-trip to get there. Similarly planning to have the sit-down meal as early evening (5 to 6 pm) so people are able to travel back home if necessary.
Sorry, I haven't been updating on this. Work has been insane the last couple of months.
I have a week off next week so I am planning to put in more work on the day. Maybe a competition with valuable prizes (or cheap prizes, or whatever weird miscellanea is lying close to hand in my house as I head out on the day.
