Urban Runner. Sure, the game had a few illogical puzzles, but it's one of the most suspenseful AGs I've ever played. I know many complain about FMV games, but the FMV really pulls you into the story in this one.

I'm guessing the game got little recognition simply because Sierra did a poor job marketing and distributing it in most regions of the United States. I recall seeing it prominently displayed on shelves while on vacation in Belgium when it released, but it didn't make it to stores in Chicago until months later. And when it arrived, it was thrown in the bargain bin with a $10 price tag.
