I rarely ever replay games of any genre and if I do, it's usually about 5-10 years after the 1st playthrough.

Played Twice:
Sanitarium
Longest Journey
Broken Sword
Mean Streets
Under a Killing Moon
Pandora Directive
Blade Runner (to multiple endings on each occasion)
Dark Seed
Elvira: Mistress of the Dark
Future Wars
Rise of the Dragon

There might be a couple more, but that's what I can think of off-hand.

The game I've played the most though is Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. I don't know how many times but definitely at least 5 times. All but once was in the 80s though. I replayed it the last time probably 8-10 years ago.
