We don't know how well optimized the game is, but the "minimum" requirement is hardly high-end. Windows 7 itself requires 2GB to work correctly (4GB is recommended, there are people who get 8 GB even since RAM is very cheap), dual cores were standard back in 2008 (these days, quad cores are recommended).
