The release calendar is updated every time there's a publisher-confirmed release date. If the date listed isn't specific, that's because there isn't one. (And I don't mean the ever-changing dates retailers sometimes trot out.)
Frankly, unless we're in the final month of a game's production, even specific release dates are largely crapshoots. I highly doubt BM3 will make March in North America.
