The graphics are quite slick -- the backgrounds reminds me of Dino Crisis 2 (but better). Although, the characters do animate like they're in a PSOne game, rotating on the spot and walking in funny angles.
Judging from that game-play video, the voice acting is rather poor and the English writing lacks elegance. For example,
"It seems to be a complex document. There's a lot of data in it." and
"This is a huge conspiracy that will eventually affect us all!".
That game-play video had credits at the end...if that was the ending of the game then I think I'll pass
