This is on amazon.co.uk and the company that publish it there is: Tradewest.
Never heard about Tradewest before.
But at amazon.co.uk the release date is 10 of decmber and since pre order is on there now my guess this is the release date for the uk.

Maybe the us will have another release date i dont know.
