MI2:SE for example, it's much more intuitive for me to play it with P&C than direct control. And of course, it doesn't really change almost anything, only that both sticks now move the cursor and 'A' now moves instead of looks (or something like that). But all the rest is the same.
But thanks a lot for the info, it sure was more than we expected (at least from my part)
